of F32, the sigma 24-70mm lens provides outstanding performance both for Digital
SLR Cameras and 35mm Film SLR Cameras.
This Sigma 24-70mm Zoom lens incorporates 'Super Multi Layer Coating' to
decrease the power of harmful light caused by reflections from the digital image
sensor. Two SLD elements, one Glass Mold Aspherical plus two Hybrid Aspherical
lenses provide excellent correction of various aberrations and a high level of
optical performance. This lens provides correction against lateral chromatic
aberration, a serious problem for digital SLR cameras. In addition, a Dual Focus
(DF) system makes the lens easy to hold during auto focusing, and also provides
a large focus ring for easy manual focusing.
