Micro Four Thirds Cameras is a lightweight and high performance lens which has
been designed exclusively for the mirrorless interchangeable lens cameras and
its focal length is equivalent to a 60mm lens in the 35mm format and its minimum
focus distance is 11.8”. Two glass molded aspherical lenses including a
double-sided aspherical element, provide brilliant correction for distortion,
minimum colour aberration and field curvature. The inner focusing system
corrects the variation of aberration to preserve image quality regardless of the
focal distance.
Sigma's Super Multi-Layer Coating reduces flare and ghosting and
provides sharp and high contrast images even at the maximum aperture. The better
quality telemetric optical design improves image quality throughout the frame.
This 30mm F2.8 DN lens benefits from a newly developed linear AF motor which
moves the
lens elements directly without the need for gears or the drive of
other mechanical parts. The Sigma 30mm F2.8 DN lens provides the out of focuses
areas with an attractive blur due to its rounded 7 blade diaphragm. This Sigma
30mm F2.8 DN has a minimum focusing distance of 0.3m. The lens guarantees
precise and quiet auto focusing, making the lens suitable for video recording as
