This is an excellent quality lens ideal for landscape photography. Very fast automatic focusing motors and user friendly switching between manual and automatic focusing. The filter diameter identical to 70-200 mm lenses sigma/cannon so you save on additional filters.
I have been using this lens with Cannon 350D for more than 5 years. This second lens is a replacement for a damaged one which I badly compromised lens/camera fell from my backpack on a hard surface . After the fall I have been using it the damaged lens for good 1 year before making a move for replacement.
