The body frame of Velbon GEO E430 tripod is mainly constructed from
carbon fibber and basalt combination. This composition results in the firmness
of the tripod also reduce the weight as compared to the aluminium alloy
tripod. The legs have quick release leg locking system that control the legs
expansion and support a user to adjust the legs height to the required level. In
addition, the legs can expand when using it as a grounder.
The legs of Velbon GEO E430 tripod have spiral design over it for smooth
and fast release of leg sections. The spiral design has a printed scale with
small and slightly big points that represent 2.5 cm and 5 cm length. These
points are helpful in adjusting the tripod to the required level. Each
leg tip is covered with in a dual axis rubber and spiked feet.
Velbon GEO E440L carbon fibre tripod legs have a built-in speed release
lock. The speed release lock is one of the best features of Geo series tripod.
The speed release lock assists you to adjust the head height quickly. The centre
column has two sections in which the lower section is removable. When the lower
section is removed, you must be able to use the tripod as a grounder.
