Baader FlipMirror II Star Diagonal telescope auxillary instruments cover a wide range of enthusiasms, from it's eyepiece, camera usage, to high end spectroscopy its a ful pack of joy for astronomers. Alot of the telescopes out there just features one exit port, causing relentless while performing manual exchange of parts during the dark. And there is another point to have in mind whenever you start remotely controlling your telescope the single port becomes a painful trauma. By observing carefully these painful experiences, this latest set is designed, which is not just a simple flip mirror but much more than that, as there it has three ports to be put into action.

The FlipMirror II Star Diagonal permits variety of permanent adaptations to your telescope. Number one to be able to use the rotary knob, two to switch between the rear port and the top port and three you can use an optional toothed belt to use it it with a motor (not included). An autoguider or calibration lamp can be connected to the bottom port as well.

The BFM II lets you switch between a straight light path for a camera or other measuring instruments and an angled light path for instance an eyepiece. Furthermore a calibration lamp for spectrographs or an Off Axis Guider pickoff-prism (which is not affected by the mirror position) can be connected at the AUX-port on the bottom.
